It takes several people to put on Santa Day activities in various towns. Bags that Santa gave out to the children who came to Gonvick were stuffed by Eileen Horn, Jaci Anderson, Stacy Halvorson and Evon Quern. They also did a lot of the planning for the event.

Many helped during Santa Claus Day activities in Clearbrook and Gonvick.
Tamara Edevold is in her 26th year as the Historical Society Executive Director. This is an area of the “1896 – The Home Place” display, which she and the museum staff designed and built, and is currently being featured at the History Museum in Shevlin. “I love telling the stories of the people,” she says. “The old stuff is awesome to have too, but it’s about the people and learning about their history.”
