A celebration on the 2021 silo expansion will be held at Riviana Foods in Clearbrook on Wednesday, September 22 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Refreshments and Hor d'oeuvres will be served. Use the north entrance on the Kloster Park road. The President and Vice President of Riviana US will be present to share in the celebration.
Houston, Texas (September 16, 2021)-Riviana Foods Inc. announced today it had completed the construction of two new silos at its wild rice facility in Clearbrook, Minnesota.

Charger’s Volleyball had two games last week vs. Clearbrook/Gonvick and Roseau and came up short against both teams. Tuesday, September 14th, the Chargers hosted the CG Bears in Goodridge.

The Charger’s hosted Win-E-Mac last Friday night on the field in Goodridge where the 28-22 final score of that game gave the Chargers a nice win!  GG: 0 16 6 6 = 28 WEM: 0 8 0 14 = 22
Medal of Honor recipient Nels T. Wold was born in Winger, Minnesota. Winger is also the final resting place of Wold, who was killed in action in France on September 26, 1918 during a World War I conflict.
One hundred years ago, an American hero was laid to rest in a small cemetery near Winger.  On September 21, 1921, remains of Nels T. Wold, recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor, were buried in Elim Cemetery.
Line 3 protesters were at it on Tuesday, September 7. They were on Highway 47 heading east toward the Enbridge facility just south of Clearbrook.
