Shirley Burslie Jablonski

July 23, 1927 to April 8, 2016

Shirley Ione Jablonski, 88, Bloomington, Indiana, passed away Friday, April 8, 2016, at Hearthstone Health Campus, Bloomington, Indiana.

Shirley was born in Fertile, Minnesota, the daughter of Melvin and Inga (Olson) Burslie. She graduated from McIntosh High School, McIntosh, Minnesota, with the class of 1945. Shirley was united in marriage with Robert Jablonski September 2, 1949, in Muskegon, Michigan. He preceded her in death. Shirley was a resident of Bloomington, Indiana for 46 years. She was an active member of the Conservation Club.

Survivors include three daughters, Beth Wood of Milford, Michigan, Sue Morgan of Bloomington, Indiana, and Carole Haxton of Wellsville, Kansas. Six grandchildren, Julie Krupp of Novi, Michigan, Eric Wood of Millington, Michigan, Doug Morgan of Bloomington, Indiana, Steve Morgan of Northbrook, Illinois, Joe Becovitz of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Kathryn Phelps of Anaheim Hills, California, as well as eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters-in-laws, Carole Burslie of McIntosh, Minnesota and Elaine Burslie of McIntosh, Minnesota.

She was preceeded in death by her 2 brothers, Birdean and Clifton Burslie, both of McIntosh, Minnesota.
