Roger Pearson passed away on April 26, 2025, in Bismarck, North Dakota.
Born on December 9, 1947, in McIntosh, Minnesota, Roger lived a life marked by dedication and quiet strength.
He pursued his education at Bemidji State University and served honorably in the United States Army. Roger's commitment to service and responsibility carried through every chapter of his life.
A devoted parent, Roger is remembered by his daughters Roberta (Chris) Hambrick, Heidi (Bryan) Horner, and Emily Schafer. Roger will be dearly missed by his grandchildren, Theodore Hambrick, Madeleine Horner, Beatrice Horner, Raymond Horner, and Tessa Horner; his sister, Myrna (Blace) Schmidt also holds dear the memories they shared. He is also remembered by the mother of his children and devoted caregiver to the end, Karen Busse.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Margaret and Raymond Pearson.
A special thanks to Lillian Johnson for providing extraordinary care and friendship in his final years.
We are grateful for the kind and compassionate care he received from CHI Hospice and Missouri Slope Hillview.
Roger requested no services. He will be buried with his parents in Minnesota.
