Services for Eileen Haltuch

Eileen Haltuch, 89, of Bagley, Minnesota entered fully into the presence of the Lord on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at the Sanford Medical Center in Bagley, Minnesota.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at Country Faith Church in Clearbrook, Minnesota with Pastor Larry Dorman Officiating. Interment will be held at the Maple Hill Cemetery in Clearbrook, Minnesota. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted the family with arrangements.
Eileen May was born on May 2, 1933 in Garfield, Ohio to parents Edward and Sylvia Kolsom. Eileen graduated high school in 1951. On May 9, 1959 she married George Haltuch in Bedford, Ohio. They had 3 children: Debrah, Christopher and Laura. They, as a family, continued their life together in Ohio, while George operated his own meat market and store. In 1973, the family moved to Alaska living in Fairbanks and North Pole, for the next 24 years. Together in 1984, Eileen and George were Baptized into Faith at the North Pole Baptist Church. In 1996 they moved to Clearbrook, MN then to Arizona in 2001 and back to Bagley, MN in 2006. George passed away on July 11, 2016.
Eileen worked in the photo lab in both Ohio and Alaska. She was also a bookkeeper for several of her husband’s businesses. Eileen was a member of the Women’s VFW Auxiliary in Ohio and a member of Country Faith Church in Clearbrook, MN. Faith was very important to Eileen and she had been on 3 Mission Trips with George to the Czech Republic. Her favorite holiday was Christmas where she would go all out. She loved flowers, especially Roses and Peace Roses. Eileen was an avid bowler, liked listening to country music and looking at mountains, especially in Alaska and in Arizona. Eileen enjoyed crocheting blankets for family members, working on sketches/drawings and ceramics, where she would fire her own. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren and always looked forward to their visits. She will be deeply missed, blessed be the memory of Eileen.

Daughter-Debrah Bergman of Lake Elsinore, CA.
Son-Christopher Haltuch of Lake Elsinore, CA
Daughter-Laura (James) Binder of Bagley, MN
4 Grandchildren-James Bergman, Brad (Carrie) Binder, Zachary (Abigail) Binder, and
Jocelyn (Jeremy) Sundberg.
13 Great Grandchildren-Stephen, Maci, Kate, Haylee, Brayden, Anika, Lucas, Carson,
Daniel, Bailee, Brody, Jackson, and Caleigh
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband George, 2 sisters Evelyn and Bernice, grandson Steven Binder, and son-in-law James Bergman.
