Graduation was held for 30 students at Clearbrook-Gonvick
30 students received their diplomas at Clearbrook-Gonvick High school on Saturday, May 23.
The Clearbrook Legion presented the colors while the band played the National Anthem.
Pomp and Circumstance was played as the seniors entered the auditorium.
The welcome was given by Joey Hinrich Olson with the Salutatorian address by Amelia Machlitt. The Commencement Address was given by Monica Reichert Johnson, the Ag Science teacher at the school.
Special music was provided by the choir and band with “Light of Grace” and “Celtic Air and Dance.”
Principal Josh Taraldson announced the honor graduates and scholarships. The total scholarships were $98,250 with two seniors receiving scholarships for four years total $140,000 and $180,000. They were Sarah Imle and Joely Hinrichs Olson.
Ushers were Mysten Dahlke and Hadley DeVries. Attendants were Avery Haugan, Bella Dahl, Gunner Olson and Alexa Anderson. Advisors for the seniors were James Bettin and Michelle DeVries.
