The star was put on the Christmas tree in downtown Gonvick for the tree lighting ceremony that will be on Friday, December 5 at 6:30 p.m. Jaxton Bjerke won the drawing to be the one to light up the tree. There will be Christmas Carols and a word from Pastor Will.
After the tree lighting ceremony, head to the Gonvick American Legion for a cup of warm soup, S'moes and Lefse bar.
Enjoy a free horse drawn carriage ride from the Legion.
Clear Waters Life Center Youth Connection Christmas Play at 5:30 at the center.
Visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Gonvick Legion. Christmas Goodie Bags for the Kids. Bring your "Dear Santa" letter to the Legion on the 5th.
