Modern Woodmen fundraiser for Humane Society

    Members of the Bagley area Modern Woodmen of America chapter recently helped raise money for Clearwater County Humane Society with a cash, gas and groceries raffle. The event was held on November 20 and they raised $6,340.00. This includes $2,500.00 matched by Modern Woodmen’s home office through the organization’s Matching Fund program. The money will be used for Spay and Neuter Coupons.

   The Matching Fund program offers Modern Woodmen members nationwide the chance to show their support for a community cause, organization or individual in need by holding fundraisers.

   This event was coordinated by local Modern Woodmen members. Chapters provide opportunities to connect through social activities and volunteer projects.
