Calendar Winner for the Clearwater County Fair Calendar Raffle 10-13-25 - Aubrey Riewer - Bagley. She won $100.
Congratulations to the Clearbrook-Gonvick Bears football team. They won over Fosston Greyhounds by a score of 32 to 28. for a Homecoming victory. Dakota Erickson had a 59 yard touchdown from quarterback Carver Kroulik in the 4th quarter.
Avery Ostenna had two touchdowns for the Bears. The difference in the scoring was the two point conversions with the Bears going 4 for 4 and the Greyhounds were 2 for 4.
The Bears final game is on Wednesday, October 25 when they host Fertile-Beltrami. They now have a 5 and 2 record.
Congratulations to the Queen and King for the Clearbrook-Gonvick Homecoming. They were Hannah Weems and Brandon Banchaud.
Covid a nd Flu Shots
Covid and Flu shots will be available at the Clearbrook-Leonard Senior Center on October 15 from 1 to 3.
Taxes...taxes... taxes
It is that time of the year again. Taxes are due on Wednesday, October 15.
Ag and mobile home due on November 15.
November 4 is an
important voting day
Voters in School District 2311, Clearbrook-Gonvick will be voting on November 4, 2025 for a school bond referendum.
Cost will be 34.9 million dollars before the bonds are sold and then the interest will be added to that number.
All polling will be done at the Clearbrook Community Center.
The plan will include: Additional classroom space, New gym, New secure entrance, New roof, Renovated common areas and rest rooms.
Judges named were Lucie Thompson, Head Election Judge with Gary Prosser, Joy Walberg, Jessica Solee (King), Linda Nordlund, Eileen Lien, Sheryll Petterson, Lori Larson, Nancy Thorson, Stephanie Anderson and Bonnie Engen.
