Grygla Co-op: Groceries, Hardware, Sporting Goods and Off-Sale

Yes. Now Off-Sale! Many remodel projects and new layouts can be seen at the Grygla Co-op, including a new Off-Sale section that is officially up and running. With the beer truck stocking the first half of the area and Saurdiff Trucking delivering the liquor a few days later, the Co-op Off-Sale is open for business.

Owner Randy McMillin says it is their intention to extend the hours of operation, which will hopefully begin this week. “We are working on scheduling shifts for the new hours and hope to start those later hours this week,” he said. 

The Grygla Co-op is open every Sunday from 9am-1pm; Monday-Wednesday 6:30am-6pm; and the hours on Thursday-Saturday will now be extended to 6:30am-8pm, which includes both grocery and off-sale.

McMillin says the work in progress includes competitive pricing with neighboring cities and trying to bring in as full of a selection as possible, which will include an expansion of the wine selection, based on suggestions from consumers. 

As for upcoming projects in the store, enlarging and finishing the hardware department will be the focus, along with putting in a new scanning system for checkout. “It’s a Point of Sale (POS) System that will make checking out so much nicer and quicker,” Randy noted.
