Clearwater County Livestock PDC hosted a Poultry Project Day on Saturday, February 23rd. This event highlighted all of the project opportunities within the poultry project, such as breeding pens, egg production class, market pens, as well as the different varieties of poultry.

These include, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, guineas, pigeons, doves, as well as exotic poultry. This was an amazing clinic! There was a hands on portion to this that included preparing a bird for a show, taking care of chicks, how to pick your ideal poultry project, how to prepare your project for the fair, and finally how to raise the birds.

Extra special thanks to Vickey, Morgan and Austin Molitor, Isaiah Holm, and Vern and Sandy Holzhueter for facilitating this clinic.
