Spotlight on Scholarship recipients at Red Lake County Central

The Minnesota State High School League recently awarded 63 Spotlight on Scholarship certificates to Red Lake County Central High School students in grades 9-12 for their achievements in the classroom and their participation in fine arts and athletics during the 2018 spring sports and fine arts.
Spotlight on Scholarship is awarded to students that have a GPA of “B” or higher and competed in the varsity or junior varsity level.
There was a total of five certificates given to Vocal Soloists, eight were given Vocal Ensembles, eight were given to the Trap team members, nine were given to Speech team members, five were given to Baseball teammates, seven were given to members of the Girls Track Team, five were given to the members of the Boys Track Team, and nine given to the Softball teammates. The recipients of these certificates are pictured in the paper.
