“Spin-tacular” basketball show will perform Wednesday and Thursday this week

Bethel Bible Church will present champion basketball handler Bruce Crevier and his family to perform this week. First Bruce and his wife, Diane, along with their twelve children will be performing at the Fosston High School on Wednesday, February 21st at 7:00 pm and again in Oklee, at the High School, on Thursday, February 22nd at 7:00 pm.

You may have heard of the family from South Dakota and their “Spin-tacular” basketball show, as they were finalists on America’s Got Talent a NBC prime time show. The family has traveled all over the world and performed in 40 countries. Along with their basketball show, the family shares a ministry of hope to this generation. They have a strong belief in God and say that they are on a mission from him to share his joy and love with those who are struggling or hurting. Bruce centers his message around the fact that champions are not born; instead, they have created one positive decision at a time.

Bruce Crevier learned to spin basketballs from his older siblings and was spinning at the young age of seven. In high school, he was a successful athlete. He played basketball his freshman year of college but was cut from the team during his sophomore year. Instead of letting this discourage him, he stuck with his love of basketball and God, eventually creating the shows that he performs worldwide. Bruce is also a four-time Guinness World record holder for spinning basketballs and has spun as many as 21 basketballs at once, as well as the endurance world record for spinning one basketball, without a break, for 22 hours and 12 minutes. He has also been featured in Sports Illustrated. These world records are not what is important to Bruce Crevier and his family. Their mission and purpose is to inspire others to live life in a positive way and to honor God in all that they do.

Also known as Champions Forever Ministry group, the “Spin-tacular” Basketball Show is used as a platform to reach people with a message of hope made possible by Jesus Christ.
