Homecoming Week 2017 is a very busy week for the Red Lake County Central High School students. Many events will take place to celebrate Homecoming.
Monday, September 25th kicks off with Coronation in the gym starting at 8:45 am. The public is welcome to attend the crowning of the king, queen, prince, and princess. Each grade will have a theme for hall decorating which will also take place on Monday.
Tuesday, September 26th starting at 2:20 pm will be a Pep Fest in the gym. “On Tuesday We Wear Pink” is the theme for the girls’ volleyball game vs. Red Lake Falls. Wear pink to the game which starts at 6:00 pm in Plummer.
Wednesday, September 27th is Powder Puff Football at 7:00 pm where the senior girls play against the junior girls in Oklee at the football field. Admission is $2.00 (NO PASSES). Proceeds go to Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Thursday, September 28th the Peach Fuzz Boys Volleyball Game will be held with senior boys and junior boys at 7:00 pm in the Oklee gym. Admission is $2.00 (NO PASSES). Proceeds go to Make-A-Wish-Foundation.
Friday, September 29th starting at 1:00 pm to the end of the day will be the Spirit Games in the gym. That evening at 7:00 pm at the Red Lake Falls football field, the Rebels will play the Fertile-Beltrami Falcons.
Saturday, September 30th the Homecoming Dance will be held at the RLF High School gym from 9:00 pm to 12:00 am. Admission is $5.00.
