Alisha Rude will be teaching 6th grade for the 2017-2018 school year in Clearbrook-Gonvick. Alisha lives in rural Clearbrook with her husband Ryan and 4 daughters (Emma 8th grade, Erika 3rd grade, Brin 1st grade, and Bristol 15 months old).
She enjoys camping, ice fishing, Ranger rides with family, and hunting. Alisha graduated from Fergus Falls High School. She received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Minnesota State University at Moorhead. She also received a Master’s in Reading and Math through Walden University.
Alisha spent 8 years teaching Kindergarten for Bemidji School District. Alisha became a teacher because she wants to change lives in a positive way. She hopes to challenge her 6th graders and make lasting impressions. She also hopes to build community and improve student relationships in the Clearbrook-Gonvick School.
