Huot Hustlers 4-H Club News

The Huot Hustlers 4-H Club received a check for $500.00 from the DuPont Pioneer Giving Program to help with the costs and maintenance for the Red Lake Falls Area Community Swimming Pool.  The Huot Hustlers were able to apply for this Matching Funds Grant by helping with the bake sale during a local fundraising event for the pool in August 2016.

The Huot Hustlers 4-H Club has been active in many community betterment projects throughout its years such as maintaining and upkeep of a small rural cemetery (Cyr Cemetery); fixing, cleaning, and painting of a historical country schoolhouse (Perreault Country School); Adopt a Highway Ditch Cleaning Program since 1990; assisting various local businesses and fraternal agencies for their community events; and developing positive relationships with members of Sunview Center Senior Living with our Annual Christmas Party and our end of year “Sharing Our 4-H Fun” Demonstration Day.
