Services for Kyle “Rollo” William Rouland
Kyle “Rollo” William Rouland, 31, of Gonvick, MN died on Tuesday, March 14, 2017.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Clear Waters Life Center (The Old School) in Gonvick, MN with Rev. Kris Snyder officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 5:00 – 7:00 with a Prayer Service at 6:30 p.m. at the Cease Family Funeral Home in Bagley, MN, as well as one hour prior to the service at the school on Monday. Interment will be at Samhold Lutheran Cemetery in Gonvick, MN. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted the family with the arrangements.
Kyle was born February 22nd, 1986 to Allen Rouland and Tammy Rouland in Glendale, Arizona. He attended Clearbrook/Gonvick high school and got his GED in 2005.
Kyle spent his time working pipeline and underground cable construction in many different states. On his off time he enjoyed spending his time with his family, hanging out with friends, riding dirt bike, four wheeling, and loved wrenching on anything with a motor. He had a love/hate relationship with his 2006 Chevy. He was the kind of person who was up for any adventure. Anyone who knew Kyle would say he was the life of the party. He had an enormous heart and would do anything for anyone. He would always have a smile on his face. From his stories to his jokes he could make anyone smile. His laugh could brighten any room.
The light of his life was his niece Cyla who had him wrapped around her little finger, she was his world and he was hers.
There is a special bond that Kyle had with his twin brother, Cody, that no one could break. As Kyle said to his brother on their last birthday, "Merry birthday to my older brother Cody Rouland. We've had our differences, but we'll always be best friends."
Kyle is survived by his parents Allen Rouland of Gonvick and Tammy(Darren Erickson) of Pequot Lakes; his brother, Cody(Chaelynn) Rouland of Clearbrook; his niece, Cyla; his nephew, Greyson; his brothers, Devin and Dylan Erickson; his sister Gracie Rouland; his grandmothers, Alice Cassibo (“My Pal Alice”) and Diane Martine; his great grandmother, Irene Hinrichs; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Thomas and Iva Rouland, Dick Hinrichs, Vernon Hurd, and Helen Mathison; and his grandparents James Rouland, William Martine, and Iver Cassibo.
March 14th, 2017 was the day we had to part but no matter what you will always be in our heart.
