This weekend is the 6th Annual Fireman’s Blizzard Bonanza

It is time for the 6th annual Fireman’s Blizzard Bonanza at the Oklee Hall, this Saturday, February 25th.

The fun begins at 5:30 when everyone begins to gather at the Oklee Community Hall where a Silent Auction will be set up with numerous items to bid on. There will be meat raffles again so get ready to bring home the bacon…etc. A delicious deep fried Walleye dinner will be served. TJ’s Tavern will once again be set up in the Oklee Hall for the evening. 

Entertainment will be by Tim Eggebraaten and he will be hosting a new event for the night, ‘The Firemen’s Feud Game” which sounds like it could be lots of fun, whether you are participating or watching. 

Throughout the night the raffles will be held, but the big prizes will be drawn from the tickets sold for this event. Prizes are: 1st place: $1000 Oklee Locker gift certificate. The 2nd place prize is a Girls Getaway & $500 cash. And don’t forget the 3rd place prize, a .223 Savage rifle.

If you haven’t purchased your tickets yet for this fun night, find a fireman from Oklee and ask to purchase your chance at one of those wonderful prizes. Tickets are also on sale at the Oklee Cenex C-Store. And they will also be available at the door!
