FUN-damentals volleyball camp

The below high school volleyball players participated in a Fun-damentals volleyball camp last week. The 3-day camp was coached by Larry Woodbridge and Jason Heydt. Larry “Woody” Woodbridge has been involved in coaching in the Midwest for the past 25+ years, including UND Fighting Sioux assistant coach, UM-Crookston assistant coach and Co-Director/coach for NVJ Junior Olympics. Heydt brought lots of experience to the group of girls as he was a former head volleyball coach in Grafton, ND, and a JV coach at Grand Forks Central.
Varsity Head Coach, Brooke Olson, says along with learning the fundamentals of volleyball, the girls loved the camp and it was a fun way to kick off the volleyball season that is just around the corner!
Volleyball practice starts August 15th; the team has their first scrimmage in Grygla on August 25th, followed by the first game on August 29th in Warren. GO CHARGERS!
