Clearwater County 4-H Awards Program

Sunday November 22, 2015 Clearwater County 4-H held its annual Recognition Event at the Community Center in Gonvick. Thank you to everyone that came and showed your support to Clearwater County 4-H. A special thank you to everyone that helped put this event on and to the Clearwater County 4-H Ambassador for providing snacks and appetizers.

Clearwater County 4-H recognizes supporters of its program by honoring organizations of groups of people who support 4-H in their local community. Their efforts are recognized through the presentation of the Friend of 4-H Award during the annual 4-H recognition event at the end of each 4-H programming year.

This year’s recipient goes to Galen’s Supermarket.

Stacie Petterson was named the 4-H Volunteer of the Year. Stacie is a very active volunteer here in Clearwater County. Stacie is always willing to go the extra mile when it comes to helping out with 4-H. Stacie has many hours of volunteer time from chaperoning to helping out at the local fair. Stacie is always making sure everything is ready to go for fair along with the Northeast Livestock show and she is always willing to lend a hand when needed
