Summer Reading program at the Gonvick Library Link Site on Wednesday, July 29 at 2:00 p.m.
Free event with Mike Schneider in this polka-palooza! Travel back in time with the accordion player. Polka enthusiasts of all ages will enjoy clapping and singing along to the music in this interactive program which will also include magic, comedy and history as they travel back in time to visit heroes and legends of the past, like Amelia Earhart, Casey Jones and Paul Bunyan.
This program is geared toward children ages 5-11, but all ages are welcome to join the fun. Admission is free thanks to funding from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.
The site is in the Gonvick Community building at 179 Main Street.
