Youth Participate in 4-H “Make It and Take It” Project Night

The 4-H “Make It and Take It” Project Night was held on May 3, 2016 at the Community Hall in Red Lake Falls.  The projects included: “Doily Dream Catchers, Painted Flower Pots, Color Your Toast, and the Mobile 4-H Pledge.  Each youth pre-registered for two projects that they would like to do at the “4-H Make It and Take It” Project Night event. The 4-H Club Volunteers, 4-H Ambassadors, and parents helped out at each of the sessions.  

The 4-H Youth Development Program lets kids try new skills and express themselves through fun, hands-on activities.  Working on projects helps connect kids with their friends, families, communities, and the world.  4-H helps kids gain confidence and develop life skills that will help them be successful.  4-H welcomes boys, girls, and adults from all backgrounds, no matter where they live.  The entire family can join in projects and activities.
