The Wizard of Oz and Hollywood Hillbillies Reunion

On April 20th & 21st at 7pm, the Goodridge High School Drama Department will be performing “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz,” by Tim Kelly. Dorothy and her friends battle fighting trees, flying monkeys, a trip through Dainty China Country, and of course the Wicked Witch to try to obtain a brain, a heart, courage, and a trip back to Kansas. Will Oz grant them what they want? Come and find out!
In conjunction with this year’s play, there will also be a 15 year reunion of the “Hollywood Hillbillies,” director Eric Mickelson’s first performance at Goodridge School. Cast members of the “Hollywood Hillbillies” will be admitted for free on Thursday or Friday night. Friday night, the cast members will be recognized and refreshments will be available for past cast members and their families, as well as this year’s cast.
Come on out for the play “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz” on April 20th & 21st at 7pm in the Goodridge School Gymnasium.
