WEM Quilters support local causes

What is more fun than doing what you love with your friends? The Win-E-Mac Quilters Guild does just that. They have some very busy members making quilt projects for different organizations in the area.

The four quilts pictured above went to Project Linus 

Project Linus gives quilts to pediatric patients in various hospitals. The group has also donated smaller quilts to the Fosston Essentia Hospital. They are given to children who need to have surgery.

Another project the group is working on is “Fidget Quilts” for people with dementia. These will be delivered to McIntosh Senior Living.

Win-E-Mac Quilt Guild meets the second Thursday of the month at 9:00am at the McIntosh Community Center. New members are always welcome.
