RLCC May Students of the Month

Guillemette’s parents are Shasta Pahlen-Guillemette and Marc Guillemette and her brother is Danny. Guillemette is involved in speech, school plays, Student Senate, SADDs, choir, Knowledge Bowl, Envirothon, Minnesota Honors Society, softball, and she is the boys’ basketball manager. She enjoys taking care of her pets and plants, reading and watching movies, meditating and spending time outside, and spending time with her brother.

Mr. Bryan Paskvan awarded Guillemette this month and had good things to say. “Lily has great work ethic. She works well with others. Lily has been in speech since seventh grade. For the first, she was basketball manager for the C team. She has natural leadership abilities and was active in the musical, speech, and softball. She did an amazing job singing and dancing in the musical and received fourth place at state speech. Her softball coach says she puts her all into softball practice while there- she is present and engaged.”

Fish’s parents are Darin and Sally and his brother is Andrew. He is involved in baseball and enjoys playing video games in his free time. Ms. Jessie Hamrum had much to say about Fish’s achievements this month. “I nominated Peyton because he is a good student who is kind, keeps up with his academics, and has a variety of talents, including his YouTube channel. He was a great member of my advisory last school year.”
