RLCC Fall Music Concert

Red Lake County Central’s music students in junior and senior high choir and band performed their fall music concert on November 23, 2015.

The junior high choir sang four songs in the beginning of the concert. The first song they sang was “Tuxedo Junction” followed by “Aya Ngena,” “The River,” and “Pass It Along.” 

Next, the senior high choir also sang four songs including “Danny Boy,” “Shady Grove,” “Batoto Yetu,” and “Make Them Hear You.” Following the performance was a duet by Holly Vettleson and Kjersten Walton singing “Fly.”

The junior high band performed four numbers followed by the senior high band. The junior high band performed “Declaration and Dance,” “Southwind,” “Trumpet Tribute” which featured Brock Tvedt, Brody Moen, Eric Gieseke, Tristyn Ferguson, Katelyn Suchy, and George Dude. They ended by playing the school song “Minnesota Rouser.”

Lastly, the senior high band finished the concert off with four songs which were “Hues of Blue,” “Red Rock Canyon,” “(Risk) Everything for a Dream,” and “Land of a Thousand Dances.”
