RLCC’s Girls Basketball Gratitude Night

Gratitude Night is a way for players and their coaches to recognize someone in their life who has positively had an impact on them. Each player and coach chose one non-family member to recognize after the game.

Each player and coach had to contact their person a few weeks before and explain how they have impacted them. After the game the players and their guest of honor were called out onto the floor. Each player gave their guest a card explaining their gratitude and thanks for their support.

The coaches, players and manager chose the following individuals as their guest of honor.

Coach Mark Bagaason chose Jim Goudge and Mitch Bernstein selected Alan Lunsetter.

Seniors: Hannah Kolstoe honored Tom Kays and Billie Jo Gryskiewicz selected Kristen Norland.

Juniors: Julia Bernstein selected Jamie Aune, Sarah Christensen chose Sheila Gerardy, Marie Johnson honored Patty Mickelson and Zoe Russillo chose Lacey Pendleton.

Sophomores: Jenna Pahlen chose Ashley Longtin, Tanisha Srnsky selected Miranda Opdahl, Brandie DeHate chose Tony Reece, Calyssa Eskeli honored Nancy Bray, Sidney Olson selected Krista Bernstein, and Jayden Iverson chose Mike Swenson.

Freshmen: Kia Bachand selected Laurie Duden, Katelyn Suchy honored Phil Fore, and Bella Russillo chose Richard Culkins.

Eighth grade: Cari Bachand chose Angel Bergeson.

Manager: Emily Kolstoe selected Bev Rupprecht.
