Rhen’s are 2018 Button Honorees for Pioneer Show

It is that time again for the Lake Itasca Region Pioneer Farmers show. Events are going on each day of the show.
There  is a parade starting at 1:00 pm all three days. Daily events also include Log Handling/Loading, Lumber Sawing/Planning, Threshing and Grain Handling, Shingle & Lath Making, Demonstrations, Grain Grinding, Log Sawing, Blacksmitting, Arts & Crafts, Railroad in Operation, Model Engines & Machines, Tools, Gas/Steam/Diesel Engines, Tractors, Vehicles, Machinery, Broom/Birdhouse/Sign Making, Flea Market and More.
Also on Friday, August 17 - Country and Gospel Music Show, Super at 5:00 p.m. and 2018-2019 Pioneer King and Queen Coronation.
Saturday, August 18 - Breakfast at 7 a.m. Kid’s Pedal Tractor Pull at 2 p.m. approximately. Country and Old Time Music Show at 5 p.m. 
Sunday, August 19 - Breakfast at 6:30 .m. Worship at 9 a.m., Old Time Tractor Pull after parade. Quilt Raffle during the parade.
Food and refreshments including fry bread, lefse, lemonade and the best corn on the cob around.
Don’t forget to visit the other places that are set that include: Schoolhouse, Church, Post Office, Log House, Elevator, Photo Galleries, Leversen Sawmill, Wallingford Store, Kid’s Place, J. Neils/Redby Sawmill and Blacksmith Shop.
Primitive Campaign is available. Most buildings are handicap accessible. Only service dogs are allowed in exhibit areas. No alcoholic beverage are allowed anywhere.
The gates open daily at 7:00 a.m. Admission is $10 daily or a 3-day pass. Children under 12 are free.
