Polaris wins the 2025 Coolest Thing Made in Minnesota
Senator Johnson congratulates Polaris for winning the 2025 Coolest Thing Made in Minnesota title
ST. PAUL, Minn. – Polaris’ MRZR (Military RZR) was announced as the second annual winner of the “Coolest Thing Made in Minnesota” contest by the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce. The Polaris MRZR beat 63 other products in a bracketed competition decided through five rounds of public voting.
“I am so proud of Polaris for earning this award for the MRZR, but I’m not surprised one bit,” said Sen. Mark Johnson, R-East Grand Forks. “Polaris has a long tradition of innovating the outdoor recreation vehicles that we have come to love. When the nation needed an off-road vehicle for the U.S. Special Forces, they embraced the challenge and produced the MRZR, specifically designed to support our troops and their missions. Not only is the MRZR a hometown product providing jobs and security for our families, but it has also impacted liberty and safety across the world.
“Congratulations to everyone at Polaris, and specifically at the Roseau plant. Your work has made a difference in our economy and in the global effort for freedom,” Johnson said.
