Northwoods Riders OHV Club supports Sanford Health Foundation cancer project

BEMIDJI, Minn. – Northwoods Riders OHV Club held a “Riding Dirty for a Cure” event  and donated a portion of the event’s proceeds to the Sanford Health Foundation of Northern Minnesota in support of Bloom the Boutique at Sanford. The Boutique provides Sanford patients who are diagnosed with cancer or other life-altering conditions that result in hair loss with a complimentary wig through the Boutique’s Strength and Style program. The Boutique also offers scarves, hats and inspirational items at a minimal cost.
The Sanford Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the enhancement and expansion of health care services, state-of-the-art technology and facilities to provide health and healing for the region.
Anyone interested in supporting the Sanford Health Foundation may do so by calling (218) 333-5515. Partnering with the Foundation not only supports new services and technology, but also helps care for individuals within the community.
Northwoods Riders OHV Club is made up of individuals who enjoy getting together to ride ATVs and UTVs. Their mission is to educate members and the public about recreation, safety and environmental responsibilities when operating Off-Road Vehicles.
