New lawyer coming to Bagley

Hi! for those of you who don’t know me, my name is Ashley Boomgaarden. I’m an attorney living in Clearbrook with my husband and 2 kids. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota and later graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2021. After a little over 4 years working in Fosston at Buehler Law, I am beginning a new venture in 2026 as a solo practitioner. I will be opening an office in Bagley and taking new clients beginning in January. My primary areas of practice are estate planning, probate, family law, and some areas of civil practice.
