Marvin Wolden Receives Honorary Diploma

Marvin Wolden would have been a 1945 graduate of Clearbrook School but was drafted and sent to war and never received his high school diploma. Prior to Marvin's deployment, the principal at the time told him when he returned from war he would receive it...Marvin returned but never graduated high school or received that honorary diploma.

On Sunday, August 2nd, 2026, Marvin celebrated his 100th birthday surrounded by family and friends, and was presented his honorary diploma 81 years later by School Board Chair, Vern Wittenberg. Thanks for your service Marvin!
