Dear Board members and 2311 administration, the public, Editor Farmers Independent, Tri County Canary

Over the last couple of years I have attended many of your meetings and served on the steering committee. During this time span I have found it very difficult to communicate with YOU the board. In fact in the last meeting I went to I was censored from speaking even though the items were on the agenda. Even you, THE BOARD was censored and told by either the chair or the superintendent that you did not have to answer my questions.

So today not only I but the coalition of voters who actually finally had the right to directly send you a message did send you a message twice and today we are sending another message which is actually a directive from us. We direct the board and associated to watch the above presentation in its entirety on what the subject above says. All we ask is that after you have watched the above presentation that in any financial decisions you make for our money that you let your conscience be your guide. And remember we the voters are telling you the board what we want you to do as our representatives. The chair and superintendent are not telling you what to do. The voters are directing telling you to do this. We will repeat from an earlier message “Families First not contractors or bond companys”. It’s not too late to reverse your votes of approval on the estimated 352 million dollar contract and bond. A court order and a civil lawsuit could be waiting in the wings.

Sincerely, The Coalition of Voters

Vance Norgaard member
