Goodridge/Grygla Schools hold Homecoming next week

It’s that time of year again where the Goodridge and Grygla Homecoming candidates have been chosen and the festivities have been planned for each school.
Next week marks the special occasion!
Goodridge has set their 2017 Homecoming theme as “Goodnight Kiss.” Coronation will be held on Monday, September 25th, at 3pm in the Goodridge School Gymnasium. Dress up days will be: Monday: ‘Merica Monday, Tuesday: Nerds vs. Jocks, Wednesday: Double Denim, Thursday: Country vs. Country Club, Friday: Charger Pride Day.
The Homecoming Advisor for Goodridge is Lacey Hruby.
Grygla has set their 2017 Homecoming theme as “Wizard of Oz.” Coronation will be held Monday evening, September 25th, at 7:30pm in the Grygla School Gymnasium. Dress up days will be: Monday: Oz the Great and Powerful (Green and Bling), Tuesday: Are you a good witch or a bad witch (Opposite/light vs. dark), Wednesday: Which witch is which Wednesday (Twin day), Thursday: Lions, Tigers & Bears (animal/Oz characters), Friday: There’s no place like Grygla (Spirit Day).

The Homecoming Volleyball game will be on Thursday, September 28th, in Grygla vs. BGMR. The Homecoming Football game is set for the next evening, Friday the 29th, in Goodridge vs. Stephen/Argyle. A dance for 7-12 graders will be held following the football game at the Goodridge School.
