The Goodridge Elementary School teamed up with School Mall to raise money for their AR (Accelerated Reader) store at school. With the help of parents, family, friends and community members, the students raised $675 for the AR store and over $750 for individual classrooms.

The Grygla/Gatzke Lion’s Club held their annual Christmas Eve dinner at the Community Center in town last Thursday. 15 community members were served, along with 21 Lion’s members. In addition to those numbers, over 40 free meals were delivered to homes around the area that afternoon. Pictured are Lion members Laurie and Gary Polansky, Lon Englund and Wayne Warne helping prepare the to-go boxes.
