History lessons are being learned in Mrs. Hegg’s First Grade class at Clearbrook-Gonvick Elementary School. The students were given a name of a Historical Person. They each had to find information and get costumes for what character they represented.
Each student had to stand beside their desks with their project and with their head down as if they were like wax figures. A small token was placed on their desks and when the visitor to their room touched the token they were to come alive and begin their information about the historical character that they portrayed. Each first grade student then gave the information that they had memorized.
