Clearwater County 4-H Recognition and Annual Meeting

On Sunday, December 9, 2018 Clearwater County 4-H held its annual recognition event at the American Legion in Bagley. This event was hosted by the Clearwater County 4-H Ambassadors. A big Thank You to everyone that came and supported the Clearwater County 4-Hers and volunteers as we recognized the hard work and dedication they have put into 4-H over the past year.
The evening started with Katie Becker the 4-H Program Coordination provided a welcoming address following that Lisa Loegering the Northwest Regional Extension Director introduced the Clearwater County Extension Committee.
The awards program followed. The first awards that were recognized were the 2017-2018 Project Records awards. The following 4-H’ers received a project pin award in the following areas.
Dog – Jaxsyn Lewis, Kara Maruska, and Kimberly Verke.
Goat – Brett Berg, Charlie Kaiser, and Jackson Kaiser
Horse – Adison Powell
Poultry – Brett Berg, Treyton Broden, and Adison Powell
Sheep – Treyton Broden
Citizenship – Elinor Davis
Indoor Gardening – Elinor Davis
Self-Determined – Megen Maruska
Wildlife Biology – Megen Maruska
Cake Decorating – Mackenzie Dahl
Jaxsyn Lewis was recognized as the top score for record judging.
