Clearbrook-Gonvick Elementary launched a “Caught Being Good” program to start off the new year. Each month students are recognized by faculty for demonstrating good character. A fish is displayed on a wall in the elementary with each nominated student’s name on the front and a description of their kind act on the back. At the end of each month, names are drawn and winners get a prize to promote positive behavior and thoughtfulness.
January kicked off the program with 60 elementary students nominated. The seven winners from the drawing were:
Lauren Weems - Kindergarten, Mrs. Johnson
Anika Abel - 1st Grade, Mrs. Hegg
Nevaeh Salzer - 2nd Grade, Mrs. Faldet Becca Dahl - 3rd Grade, Mrs. Rude Bronx White - 4th Grade, Mrs. Dahl Kayden Dombkowski - 5th Grade, Mrs. Hamnes Braxton Bjerke - 6th Grade, Mrs. Ehlers
Congratulations to our “Caught Being Good at Clearbrook-Gonvick” winners and to all who were nominated! Keep up the great work!
