On Saturday, March 21st 2020, the qualified voting members of the Gully Tri Coop Association voted to give the Board of Directors the authority to sell the assets of the company. Over the past several years, Gully Coop has been struggling financially. After reviewing all reasonable options to keep the company operating, it was decided that selling the company would be the best alternative going forward.
Fosston Tri Coop offered to purchase the Agronomy/Grain facilities on the west side of the county road in Gully and the Agronomy Facility at Clearbrook. The associated rolling stock were part of the purchase as well. It was not a easy decision for the Board of Directors to make, but it would keep the business on going for the patrons in the area as well as keeping an on-going business in Gully. Plans for the remaining facilities are still being reviewed by the Board of Directors.
