Adult Basic Education (ABE) is available in Clearbrook and Bagley.  Prepare for your GED, Adult Diploma, Driver’s Test, Accuplacer Test, or ServSafe Manager’s Certificate, or just brush up on basic skills. Learn basic computer skills that prepare you for digital literacy skills that you will need in the workplace.  There is no charge for classroom instruction or online classes through ABE. ABE is an educational service of NWSC.
Bagley class schedule: Monday afternoons, 12:30 to 2:30 PM, and Thursday mornings, 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the ALP Building on Park Ave., across from TEAM.
Clearbrook class schedule: Tuesday evenings, 6:00 to 8:00 PM, and Wednesday afternoons, 12:30 to 3:00 PM on the second floor of the Clear Waters Life Center.
What to expect?  Your first two or three class sessions will be used for assessments and setting your goals.  Your study will focus only in those areas that are necessary to reach your goal. You have options in where and when you study: during classroom hours only or a hybrid where you come to class once or twice a week and study at home via distance learning (online).  The length of time needed to achieve your goal will depend on your assessment results and the time that you devote to study.
More questions?  Drop in during class time at either location or call Sherry during classroom hours at Bagley, 218-694-3268, or at Clear Waters Life Center, 218-776-2789.
