72nd annual meeting April 10 for Clearwater-Polk Electric Cooperative

Clearwater-Polk Electric Cooperative will have its 72nd Annual meeting on Wednesday, April 10. Members will be meeting at the Timber Event Center, also DaRoo’s Pizza located on US Highway 2 west in Bagley.
Registration begins at 9:00 am with coffee and cookies served. There will be a health fair sponsored by Clearwater Nursing Service. Those who wish to play bingo while they are waiting will be called by Harvey Miller
The meeting will be called to order at 10:30 a.m. and with Invocation by Pastor Dale Adams.
The National Anthem will be sung by Stacy Pittman.
Following that there will be reports from manager, officers and employees.
Election of Directors will be held. There are four districts of the cooperative that are up for election.
District 1 is a three-year term with two people running Dennis Engebretson and Kim Solberg.
District 2 is a three-year term with Robert Johnson the incubent running.
District 3 is a two-year term with two people running: James Boe, Sr. and Bill Lanners.
District 3 is a three-year term with Greg Spaulding the incumbent running.
The guest speaker will be Stacey Dahl, Senior Manager of External Affairs, Minnkota Power Cooperative
A noon meal will be served following the meeting
Drawings for door prizes will be held during the meeting.
