The 1st Annual CG Elementary Student Council Cereal Drive was a huge success!! Our goal was 500 boxes and we crushed it with 607 boxes total!! We brought boxes to Ruby's Pantry and to the Clearwater County Food shelf. They were so thankful and impressed. We really do have a great school and community! I wanted to share with all of you what one of my student council kids said to me on the bus... "This is so exciting! I have never been a part of something so important!"
Here are the winners:
1st Place: 3rd Grade Bakke- 96 boxes!!
2nd Place: K Christen - 86 boxes!!
3rd Place: TIE: 4th Grade Nordlund/ 5th Grade Hamnes: 60 boxes each!!
I am so proud of every class for doing such a great job and bringing in these boxes!
Thank You all so much! What a great day!!
Tiffany Kroulik, Community Education Director was in charge of the project that was the first time it had ever been done.
