Referendum voting
November 4 is an
important voting day
Voters in School District 2311, Clearbrook-Gonvick will be voting on November 4, 2025 for a school bond referendum. Cost will be 34.9 million dollars before the bonds are sold and then the interest will be added to that number.
All polling will be done at the Clearbrook Community Center.
The plan will include: Additional classroom space, New gym, New secure entrance, New roof, Renovated common areas and rest rooms.
The diagram shows the shaded areas with lines though it would be the new part of the school building project. That would include a large gym that could be divided into two parts with seating for 900, addition to the shop area, fitness room with extra office space and other new spaces on the west end of the building. The east end would be the new classroom spaces.
The grey parts are changes that will be made in the present area.
The light part is the present two gyms, the classrooms and lunch room that would not be changed.
Judges named were Lucie Thompson, Head Election Judge with Gary Prosser, Joy Walberg, Jessica Solee (King), Linda Nordlund, Eileen Lien, Sheryll Petterson, Lori Larson, Nancy Thorson, Stephanie Anderson and Bonnie Engen.
