The Minnesota Red River Valley Development Association has sponsored a $100 Youth Leadership Award to a Red County 4-H Member. The award is given to a 4-H Member who shows good leadership and who has done good things for the 4-H Program. This year the 2015 Youth Leadership Award is presented to Brittney Bray, Plummer, Mn.
