Wes Selby, center, took home $6,000 from the Pine Lake races that were held last weekend. The Gerald Dyrdahl Memorial races were supposed to be held in December but with the lack of ice it was held January 7 and 8 for the two day event.
Wes was first in the Pro Open and he races for Arctic Cat where he also works. He is from Thief River Falls.
Presenting the checks were race organizers Chad Dyrdahl and Robert Johnson.

Ryan Trout took first place in the Semi Pro Stock in the Gerald Dyrdahl Memorial Pine Lake 200 races that were held. He was presented a check for $4,750 from Chad Dyrdahl on the left and Robert Johnson on the right. That race was sponsored by CHS Ag Service in Warren, Mahnomen and Erskine. Trout races for Christian Brothers Race Team and is a Central Lakes College freshman who lives at Browerville.

Zach Herfindahl is $10,000 richer as he was the big winner at the The Gerald Dyrdahl Memorial Pine Lake 200 which is part of the USXC, United States X-County Snowmobile Racing circuit. Many sponsors help to increase the money that is given out to the racers in the various events.

Zach in from Eagle River, Wisconsin and he won the Stock Pro 600 last weekend on an Arctic Cat. His sponsor is Christian Brothers Racing.

The traveling trophy was donated by Kirk Hibert in memory of Gerald Dyrdahl.

Winning the two ZR120 snowmobiles that were raffled off were Lori Beard, Clearbrook from Christian Brothers racing and the second one was won by Cooper Kangas of Goodridge. That was donated by Lance Efteland who topped a field of 30 riders to win Semi-Pro Stock in last years snowmobile races on Pine Lake.
