Name:  Caroline Machlitt, Kindergarten

Parents: Ben and Kori Sibling: Amelia   

Comments:  Caroline is a fun gal to have in class! She is a good friend and is quick with a smile. Caroline works hard in class and is always energetic. She does careful work and is great at coloring! She loves to play “cats” with her friends and also spends time at the art center at playtime. Her friends all think she is a good best friend and nice. Caroline is having a great kindergarten year! Keep it up and Way To Go Caroline!  

 

Name:  Charlie Walser,  Grade 1 

Parents:  Brian and Brandi Walser Sibling: Brian and Madison   

Comments: Charlie has made great strides in our class!  He faithfully attends school and is never late!  He likes to read with his partners, do educational games on the computer, and believes that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect.  Charlie for all your good effort, you deserve this award! Congratulations!

 

Name: Drayden Cobenais-Neadeau, Grade 2

Parents: Rebecca Neadeau and Derrick Cobenais  Siblings: Derecca, 7th; Derrica, 6th   

Comments: Drayden is a wonderful student to work with.  He is always very cooperative and enjoys doing his jobs and especially being the teacher of his group.  He works very hard at school and has superb attendance. We really like your smile, Drayden! Keep up the great work and positive attitude!

 

Name:  Blayten Bensen, Grade 3

Parents: Brian and Parisha Bensen   Siblings: Braden, Brekken, Broden, and Brysen

Comments:  If you ever need to know the square root of a certain number, this guy can help you out!  Blayten enjoys working with numbers and discovering new strategies to solve problems. If he isn’t working on math, he is busy reading his own book or looking over somebody’s shoulder reading their book.  Blayten is a character to have in class and is always ready to make us laugh! Congratulations Blayten! 

 

Name: Cole Anderson, Grade 4

Parents: Kyle and Nikki Anderson Siblings: Kaylee (12th grade) and Kelsee (7th grade)   

Comments: Cole is an awesome student to have in class! He has so much energy and excitement that he puts into everything he does. Cole is an avid reader and works hard in other areas as well.  He not only excels with his academics, he is an amazing friend to all! If anyone (student or staff) asks Cole for help, he is always willing and accepts the request with a smile. His positive attitude is contagious! Congratulations, Cole!

 

Name:  Tavia Johnson, Grade 5

Parents: John & Sheila Johnson      Siblings: Kelsey (8), Travis(1)  

Comments: Tavia is an outstanding person in so many ways.  Not only does she always work hard on every assignment, but she is a wonderful friend to many.  Everyday she comes to school with a positive energy. She lights up the room with her smile and excitement about learning new things.  Each day she is eager to learn, and that desire to do her best is shown through her work. She never rushes to get things done, but puts in the time so that the assignment is done well. Tavia deserves the honor of student of the month! Congratulations, Tavia!! 

 

Name: Jace Dyrdahl, Grade 6

Parents: Trent Dyrdahl and  Pam Dyrdahl

Siblings: Chance & Ty Dyrdahl, Ashley & Brittany Kroening   

Comments: Jace is a great student to have in class.  His peers would agree that in a time of need, Jace is there for them.  He is sincere and true to his word. Jace has made huge gains in his academics this year.  Recently, the students wrote a personal narrative about a time in their life that they struggled with something.  His writing was very impressive and stood above many. Jace’s peers nominated him for this award. “Jace always makes me laugh.”  “Jace is very athletic.” “Jace is kind to others.” Congratulations, Jace! You are well-deserving of this award!
