Grygla Merchants set the date for annual breakfast

The Grygla Merchants met last week, discussing a variety of topics, including the Annual Merchants Breakfast. The free customer appreciation breakfast will be held at the Grygla Community Center on March 14th from 7-10am.
As of current, there are 24 Grygla Merchant Members. The $100 dues are due to Lynn Anderson by March 31st. Other items discussed around the table included the possibility of getting some Grygla Merchant signage erected along the highway outside of town to draw people in. The initial idea is to send a letter out to Grygla businesses to see who is interested and who could benefit from having their name/logo included on the sign. The group will look into possible grant money to help with this if it’s decided to move forward with the project.
The Grygla Merchants also approved giving a $500 monetary donation to the Grygla Fall Festival Committee.
Grygla Merchants that attended the meeting included employees from Machinewell, Inc., American State Bank & Insurance Agency, TRF Radio, Farmer’s Union Oil & Ag Company, Grygla Co-op, Sue’s Beauty Shop, Grygla Eagle Newspaper and Northland Grain. Photo by Grygla Eagle Newspaper
