Grygla Centennial Committee plans a big evening Dec. 12

Could you use a little holiday cash? How about $1500? That’s the first place prize for the Holiday Cash Raffle that’s currently being put on by the Grygla Centennial Committee! Winners will be announced at the Grygla Community Center during the Holiday Extravaganza Bingo/Chili Fundraiser on Saturday, December 12th from 4-8pm.

The evening activities include Bingo, a chili/baked potato bar and the Holiday Cash Raffle Drawing. Currently, tickets are available with committee members (Gretchen Smeby, Lindsay Oslund, Gavin Nordby, Shonda Jelle, Travis Smith, Donna Lian, Bob Thompson) or are available at local businesses so make sure to get yours if you haven’t already! Only 500 tickets are being sold at $25 each. The cash raffle fundraiser is sponsored by the Grygla Lions Club (License #00782). Prize money is:

1st $1500

2nd $1000

3rd-6th $500

7th-16th - $100

Businesses and individuals are invited to enter the chili cook off and are asked to make a 5-quart kettle of chili to donate and go along with the baked potato bar. The supper will be held from 4-6:30pm with Bingo to follow. Game prizes will be turkey, pork loin, ham and bacon. (The Holiday Cash drawing will be taking place at Yo-Hawn’s at approximately 7:30pm, with winners being announced at the Community Center after Bingo.)
