Give a world of hearts and go hunting teddy bears

As our communities are forced to stay home from work and school during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are ways to still connect with your neighbors, friends and family.
Social media trends are hearts and teddy bears showing in windows across the globe.
The #aworldofhearts is a trend where homes and businesses are decorated with hearts of all sizes in all sorts of patterns on windows and doors to show that while we may be isolated from each other we can reach out and connect to show that we are all in this together.
Started in Bismark, ND with a Facebook page the trend has moved across America from small communities to large cities. People are putting hearts in their windows to show they care.
Another way to involve yourself in your community is by putting a teddy bear or some stuffed animal, maybe even a drawing of a teddy bear into a window in your home or business.
As kids and parents are out for a walk or a drive they can play the game of looking for the teddy bears sitting in the windows and it is a great distraction from the stressful situation that is reaching into every community across the globe.
These simple activities help to unify our communities and help kids and adults alike find a way to interact during this time of "social distancing"
It is an activity that allows families to spend time together making hearts or creating a display with a teddy bear or other animals.
In a time of great uncertainty it is a way to feel like you are connected to the world.
A message that we are all in this together even though we are apart.
