Girltime Getaway group make it on the Today Show

Twins sisters Marci Turenne Hanson and Michelle Turenne Levin have been sponsoring Girltime Getaway trips since 2005. They completed their May 15-19 trip to New York City last weekend.
The whole group made it onto the set of the Today Show and two members of the group were selected to do the Ambush Makeover. Kay Granley Vettleson of Clearbrook and Jody Petroski from Sartell were picked from the group to have their hair, make-up and clothing done.
Jenna Bush Hager and Hoda Kotb were the hosts on the Today Show filmed live in New York.
At the end of the show the two with the make overs were presented and the entire group of the Girltime Getaway were able to see the transformation.
Kay's outfit included a Chico's jacket and pink heels to match all the pink shirts that the Girltime Getaway ladies were wearing.
This is the 25th trip that the twins have organized. On this last trip to New York the group went to the Statue of Liberty, Grand Central Station, Radio City Music Hall and to a Broadway Show. Kay was able to wear her new outfit to the show.
Marci Hanson is from Fosston and Michelle Levin is from Sartell and have been very busy with their tours. Their tours are sold out as soon as they are announced.
